Returns & Refunds

Our Policy

Because each poster is custom-made specifically for you based on your AI-generated artwork, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind our quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the damage or defect
• A description of the issue

We'll review your case and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it still can't be located, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Refund Process

Once we approve your refund request:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• Funds will be returned to your original payment method
• It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once production has started, we cannot cancel the order.
