All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

5. Product Representation & Mockup Images

The mockup images displayed on our website are provided as illustrative examples only. While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible, the actual printed product may vary slightly from the mockup preview due to differences in screen calibration, printing processes, paper textures, and color reproduction.

The AI-generated image you select during customization is the exact design that will be printed on your order. The mockup previews showing frames and room settings are intended to help you visualize the final product but should not be considered an exact representation of the finished item.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you experience any issues.
